Terms of delivery

Your WITTEKIND furniture will be individually manufactured for you at Löhne and finished if necessary. We usually need several weeks for this process after receiving the down payment, depending on the order volume and order situation.

We will then contact you to arrange an appointment for delivery. Of course, you can also collect the furniture yourself from us at Löhne .

Based on your order, we will calculate the loading space meters required for the delivery of your WITTEKIND furniture and send you a concrete offer for the furniture and its shipping. From a value of goods of 6,000 euros, we deliver the furniture free of shipping costs within Germany.

Upon completion of your furniture and upholstery, the second half of the purchase price and the shipping costs are due by bank transfer. At this point, you will receive your invoice by e-mail with a request for final payment. Once we have received the outstanding amount in our account, we will contact you to arrange an appointment for delivery or collection. There are no shipping costs for collection.

Please note that our furniture is already fully assembled on delivery and that delivery is "without unloading". Only the WITTEKIND corner sofa and the U-shaped XXL lounge sofa are delivered in two or three parts. As the truck is only manned by one driver, you will need helpers to unload the furniture and bring it to its destination, depending on the quantity and size of the furniture delivered. Example: at least four strong helpers are needed to unload the WITTEKIND bunk.
