Order process

You send us a specific request about your order by e-mail, contact form or fax. Please state the number of pieces of furniture you require and the corresponding upholstery colors. You can also save your desired colors at watch list and send them to us.

You will receive a written offer from us within a few days (by e-mail, fax or post), in which we take into account the furniture and, if applicable, the finishing and shipping costs.

If you agree with the offer, you place the order informally (by e-mail, fax or post).

You will then receive an order confirmation by post. This letter will include a small color sample of the desired upholstery fabrics to rule out any discrepancies and possible misunderstandings.

You return the signed order confirmation to us (by post or fax) and transfer 50 percent of the purchase price to our account in advance (see terms of payment), whereby the contract becomes binding.

We will start building your furniture and get back to you as soon as it is finished.

Upon completion of your furniture and upholstery, the second half of the purchase price and the shipping costs are due by bank transfer. At this point you will receive your invoice by e-mail with a request for final payment.

Once we have received the outstanding amount in our account, we will contact you to arrange an appointment for delivery or collection. There are no shipping costs for collection.

All pieces of furniture (except the corner sofa and the U-shaped XXL lounge sofa) are delivered fully assembled. Please note that delivery is made by a forwarding agent "without unloading". As the truck is only manned by one driver, we ask you to have enough helpers ready to lift the furniture from the truck and transport it to the desired place of use, depending on the quantity and size of the furniture delivered. Example: At least four strong helpers are needed to unload the WITTEKIND bunk.
