General questions about the brand WITTEKIND
To get to the point: We are a furniture manufacturer based at Ostwestfalen-Lippe (OWL) , which produces exclusive Lounge, patio and restaurant furniture with a unique design from previously used spruce wood with a well-coordinated team.
Our label has a clear connection to the "Wittekindskreis" Herford, our home town. Of course, we chose this location quite deliberately - the region Ostwestfalen-Lippe has long been known as an important center of the kitchen and furniture industry.
Incidentally, the name WITTEKIND is derived from the Old Saxon "Widukind", which means "child of the forest" or "child of wood".

As we manufacture our products "on demand" and sell them exclusively via our website, we do not have a warehouse or a salesroom in the traditional sense. Of course, we are happy to arrange an appointment if you would still like to visit us in person and get a taste of our production. However, a trial sitting would only be possible to a limited extent here, as the furniture is assembled for delivery and the upholstery is packed separately.
Once a year, we take part in Landpartie Schloss Bückeburg as an exhibitor. This is a great opportunity to touch and try out a large part of our furniture. We will be there in person and look forward to answering your questions. Please inform yourself in advance about the exact date and our participation.

However, we manufacture the covers of our lounge upholstery from high-quality, dirt and water-repellent Sunbrella fabrics as standard.

The products from WITTEKIND are exceptional Lounge, patio, restaurant and garden furniture with visible signs of use (slight grooves or possibly a faded spot of paint) on the weathered spruce wood. In this way, each piece of furniture tells its own exciting story and has its own unique charm and character. The special and above all natural patina of the wood shows that this material has been in use for a long time. Questions about the material and production
We use used and well-weathered spruce wood with a thickness of 30 mm for the construction of the furniture. The width of the spruce boards is between 19.5 and 19.9 cm. Sometimes the boards are slightly curved.
Due to the individual history of the wood, every board used and therefore every piece of furniture is unmistakably unique. The woods we use are naturally grown materials and, due to their individual history, are subject to color differences, changes and irregularities. The traces of days gone by can be furrows, cracks, notches, but also spots of paint or rusty nails. These traces represent the unmistakable charm of rustic wooden furniture.
The exceptional wood, the special design and the high-quality upholstery are impressive. Our garden furniture is manufactured individually by hand and also ensures outstanding quality. Many hard-working hands from our region are responsible for this.
We plan and design the WITTEKIND furniture at our headquarters in Ostwestfalen-Lippe (OWL) . The furniture is manufactured by SMV Sitz- & Objektmöbel GmbH from Löhne. The established contract furniture manufacturer has its own factory in Poland, where skilled specialists build handmade furniture to the highest quality standards.
The close partnership enables the WITTEKIND brand to achieve more efficient production and shorter delivery times, even with seasonal workloads. The employees who specialize in furniture construction are experienced Lounge and contract furniture professionals who ensure high quality and reliability.
The wood is cleaned and processed in the first step. The upholstery of our furniture is also individually processed and sewn by hand with great care by our upholstery workshop. The direct proximity to our production facility is an advantage in that it ensures that even the smallest cogs mesh together perfectly. After all, we always want to provide you with a high-quality and unique product!
Our furniture is a true outdoor artist. The exclusive material and processing quality of WITTEKIND ensures that you can leave the spruce furniture outside all year round. Our furniture owes its particularly high weather resistance to the heavily weathered spruce wood. The wood has already fulfilled other tasks before its furniture life.
In addition to protecting the wood itself through its natural patina, we treat the furniture with a wax oil during construction and the front edges with a nano moisture blocker. We also provide the furniture with 5 mm high plastic feet, which allow the furniture to stand in small puddles for short periods without the wood absorbing water. This means that all pieces from the WITTEKIND collection are generally suitable for year-round outdoor use.
However, the surface of the furniture changes over time due to the natural ageing process - which is entirely desirable and emphasizes the rustic, noble character of the surfaces!
If you want to slow down the natural ageing process and additionally protect your furniture, you should use a suitable cover for the furniture in the cold and wet season.
Over the years, the furniture is exposed to a natural ageing process caused by the weather, which further changes the surface. In addition to this weathering process, the change in the wood surface naturally also depends on the location of the furniture. If the location is chosen under trees, for example, the formation of verdigris is favored. The easiest way to remove this is with a brush (such as a robust hand brush).
There is no precise answer to this question. What is certain, however, is that the wood we use already has an eventful past. Minimal blemishes and even a small spot of paint are evidence of years of hard outdoor work. The wood has defied wind and weather.
WITTEKIND now gives this wood a new task and the opportunity to showcase itself once again. The weathered spruce wood and the traces of its past give our furniture its very own character. The natural, white and stone-like patina also creates an exclusive look and makes our outdoor furniture unique products.
Burning a logo into the wood is possible under certain conditions. Please send us the logo file and the desired dimensions on the piece of furniture with your request. We will then discuss everything else in person and provide you with a non-binding quote for the additional service. It is also possible to embroider your logo on the upholstery of the seating furniture (also for an additional charge).
As described in detail on our website, every piece of furniture and every board used is unique. The woods we use are naturally grown materials and, due to their individual history, are subject to color differences, changes and irregularities.
We therefore generally refrain from sending a wood sample.
If you would still like to have a small piece of WITTEKIND wood, please take into account the color differences and irregularities that will occur as a deviation from the pattern.
No. Nothing is further from our minds than manufacturing products that go against sustainability, resource conservation and environmental protection! For this reason, we use previously used spruce wood with an eventful past and a long history - trees are not felled for our Lounge, patio, restaurant and garden furniture.
WITTEKIND gives wood that has already been used a new task and the chance to prove itself once again. The nano sealant used for the front edges and the wax oil are also solvent-free and free from substances that are harmful to the environment and health.
WITTEKIND has made a conscious decision not to use tropical wood. The deforestation of tropical and subtropical forests in Asia, Africa and Latin America means that more and more important, valuable and sensitive ecosystems with thousands of different animal and plant species are disappearing. All furniture made from tropical woods, such as mahogany, teak or rosewood, contributes to this sad chapter.
At WITTEKIND , for example, only local, used and long-worn spruce wood with an exceptional history is used for the elegant Lounge, patio, restaurant and garden furniture.
This means that no extra trees are felled for the production of our furniture - especially not protected or special species. For this reason, we can speak of sustainable furniture with a clear conscience. We give the raw material wood, which naturally has an excellent CO2 balance, a new purpose.
There are several reasons why we use weathered and previously used spruce wood for the WITTEKIND garden furniture:
- Thanks to our local ties with this raw material, we believe that wood can be used in a variety of ways.
- We attach great importance to stylishly furnishing the garden and patio area with high-quality Lounge and garden furniture that reflects a special lifestyle.
- High-quality materials and excellent manufacturing quality are very important to us in order to be able to offer uncomplicated, durable furniture.
- The furniture is already weathered and therefore ideal for year-round outdoor use. To slow down the natural ageing process, a cover can be used to protect the furniture during the cold season.
Higher temperature fluctuations can cause certain cracking noises in wood. This not only affects wooden furniture from WITTEKIND, but also wooden furniture from other manufacturers. These noises also occur in houses, roofs, stairs or garden sheds made of wood, for example.
This happens, for example, when wood is exposed to full sunlight at midday after a cool and damp morning and heats up quickly. As wood is a natural and living raw material, it contracts when it is cold and expands when it is warm or hot. This creates the typical sound that we have all probably heard at some point.
We seal the open cut edges of the boards with a nano moisture blocker. The Ciranova wax oil used for the stain does not adhere to this. This is why the front edges initially appear untreated. Over time, these lighten and blend in with the color of the surrounding wood. This is the result of the natural weathering and ageing process. Then there is no longer any discernible difference. The fact that the front edges are initially lighter in color is therefore due to the fresh manufacturing process. Painting has not been forgotten.
We use the same used spruce wood for all WITTEKIND furniture. Nevertheless, every piece of furniture and every board used is unique. All boards have a grayish patina caused by natural weathering. They are roughly cleaned by us and treated with a Ciranova wax oil, which emphasizes the weathered greyish colour. A different color of the wood is currently not available.
Questions about the WITTEKIND products and dimensions
Of course, we can also manufacture the furniture without the elegant WITTEKIND brand on request. Please indicate this request in good time with your inquiry and at the latest with your order.
Deviations from the standard dimensions are possible by arrangement, for an additional charge and under certain conditions. These include the width and thickness of the wooden boards used and compliance with structural requirements. Simply let us know your desired dimensions with your inquiry and we will provide you with an individual quote.
Questions about the WITTEKIND lounge furniture
The Lounge bunk is available in two versions: Standard and Premium.
The standard bunk includes a shelf inside the bunk where sunglasses, a book or a drink can be placed. There is no fold-out table and no extendable footrests. As with the Premium version, the dimensions are 200 x 200 x 80 cm. The price of € 2,850 incl. VAT plus delivery includes a large seat cushion and two back cushions.
The premium bunk has a fold-out table and two extendable footrests instead of the storage shelf in the interior. The dimensions are 200 x 200 x 80 cm, as with the standard bunk. The price of €3,350 incl. VAT plus delivery includes a large seat cushion and two back cushions.
Of course, you can order the long leg of the corner sofa on the left or right side. We also build the corner sofa individually by hand according to your wishes. When ordering, please let us know whether you would like version A or B (see sketch).
All seats of the WITTEKIND corner sofa, the Lounge 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa and the armchair are 60 centimeters wide and deep up to the back cushion.
The seat width of the WITTEKIND lounge furniture is 60 cm. It is possible to extend or shorten the legs by 60 cm.
Unfortunately, widening the Lounge by 20 cm is not easily possible. Since a single seat of Lounge furniture is 60 cm wide, it would be possible to widen it by one seat (60 cm) without any problems. An enlargement by a smaller dimension would change the structural conditions in such a way that a new piece of furniture would have to be designed, which would then also require different upholstery dimensions.
The seat height of the WITTEKIND lounge furniture is 40 cm (incl. cushion).
The glass frame is included with the fire table.
The stove is approx. 38 cm wide and 38 cm long. The cut-out in table for the stove insert is 30 x 30 cm.
The output of the burner is 6.5 kW.
The gas consumption of the burner is 473 g/h.
The stainless steel housing around the stove is perforated so that rainwater can run off at the bottom. The open oven can therefore withstand the odd rain shower. However, it is of course more gentle on the appliance if you use the stainless steel cover in between and during longer periods of non-use. To do this, please remove the lava stones and firewood logs so that you can place the stainless steel cover on top to protect the stove.
Questions about the WITTEKIND patio furniture
The 4+2 dining table is a perfect fit for the 2-seater benches, the 6+2 dining table for the 3-seater benches and the 8+2 dining table for the 4-seater benches.
In principle, any WITTEKIND dining table can also be combined with other seating furniture. The length between the two table legs of the 4+2 dining table is 120 cm, so that the 2-seater bench fits exactly between them. Similarly, the length between the table legs of the 6+2 dining table is 180 cm for the 3-seater bench and the length between the table legs of the 8+2 dining table is 240 cm for the 4-seater bench.
At the front edges of the tables, the dimension between the table legs always corresponds to a stool width of 60 cm.
All the wood we use can be slightly curved. Of course, we always use the straightest possible boards for the table tops and make sure that there are no rusty nails in the table surface. Nevertheless, each plank is and remains unique.
Notches, irregularities and differences in color are part of the nature of the material, but above all the individual history of the wood. This is precisely what gives our furniture its charm.
In principle, it is possible to vary the length of the dining table without any problems. When planning, please make sure that the length of the WITTEKIND benches is designed to fit the WITTEKIND standard sizes.
All the boards we use have a thickness of approx. 3 cm and are between 19.5 and 19.9 cm wide. Some of the boards are slightly curved. For the table surface of the dining table, we naturally select five boards that are as straight as possible. Nevertheless, the above factors and the gap between the boards mean that the depth of the table cannot be measured with 100% accuracy. In addition, the table surface is given a wooden frame that surrounds the five boards.
The distance between the floor and the lower edge of the dining table top is 67 cm. If you use your own seating furniture with armrests, please take this clearance into account. If in doubt, please contact us, as we can adjust the tabletop height to your requirements if necessary.
The table legs of the dining tables measure approx. 18 x 18 cm.
Unfortunately not. The table is delivered fully assembled, the table top cannot be removed.
Questions about WITTEKIND Gastromöbel
Bar stools must have the right seat height so that guests can comfortably reach a bar counter, counter or bar table and spend some time there. As a rule, counters in Germany are standardized and have a height of 110 to 115 centimetres.
To create a comfortable sitting position, the distance between the seat and the top edge of the table or counter should be around 30 to 35 centimetres. This ensures a minimum distance of just under 10 centimetres between the legs and the lower edge of the table.
The WITTEKIND bar stools with a height of 80 centimeters are ideal for sitting comfortably for long periods of time.
Unfortunately not. The table is delivered fully assembled, the table top cannot be removed.
The benches of the 6-seater set are designed so that they can be pushed under the table . However, the 60 cm wide table top and the 40 cm wide benches mean that the benches protrude by approx. 10 cm on each long side of the table.
Questions about the care and maintenance of garden furniture
The special treatment with water blocker and wax oil ensures that no liquids can penetrate the long-weathered wood and that dirt only adheres to the surface. A medium rain shower or a damp cloth is enough to make your furniture clean again.
Please do not use harsh cleaning agents or even a high-pressure cleaner, as these could damage the surface.
All of our Lounge, patio and restaurant furniture is made from weathered spruce wood and also treated with wax oil (surface) and nano-sealing (front edges). You therefore do not need to re-treat it with oil. Teak oil would also color our spruce wood in the characteristic teak look.
Please bear in mind that you will not achieve good results by pretreating our furniture with any teak oil treatment. Even without painting, varnishing, glazing or oiling, furniture from WITTEKIND is a robust outdoor accessory that is protected against wind and weather. Nevertheless, the surface changes over time and continues to weather. If you want to slow down this process, please only use the Ciranova wax oil that we use (see next question).
If the tables, benches, stools or sofas get dirty and even a rain shower doesn't manage to wash off the dirt particles, you can simply use a damp cloth. Please do not use any harsh cleaning agents and never use a pressure washer!

We can procure a smaller packaging unit for you, just talk to our customer service.
We use the same used spruce wood for all WITTEKIND furniture, which has already been weathered by wind and weather. The resulting patina provides the wood with its own maximum protection. Of course, the furniture will continue to weather over the years and turn gray. If you want to slow down this ageing process, you can protect the furniture with a suitable cover in winter.
Alternatively, you can also rework the Ciranova wax oil. To refinish your WITTEKIND, the furniture does not need to be sanded down completely, as this would damage the surface of the wood. It is important that you roughly roughen the dry surface of the furniture with sandpaper.
Then apply the wax oil to the surface to be treated with a sponge (not a brush!). You can use the usually colored back of a kitchen sponge for this. After a few seconds, wipe over the treated surface with an old cloth.
High-quality materials and workmanship ensure that our furniture has a long service life - the fact that we use well-weathered spruce wood with a thickness of at least three centimetres speaks for itself. In addition, stable construction and screw connections ensure that nothing wobbles and that even people with XXL weights can feel comfortable without worrying.
As our WITTEKIND furniture is designed for a long life and should give you pleasure for a long time, we only use weather-resistant stainless steel screws and sturdy spruce wood for assembly, which we protect from moisture and damp with a special wax oil on the surfaces and a nanotechnology-based water blocker on the front edges - our furniture can withstand rain and an accidentally knocked over drink in equal measure.
The WITTEKIND label stands for high-quality, exclusive and robust Lounge, patio, restaurant and garden furniture. Complaints and defects are the exception with us.
It goes without saying that we guarantee the materials used and the quality of workmanship at all times - and we will of course repair any production-related faults quickly and unbureaucratically.

The WITTEKIND covers are made of high-quality tarpaulin material, which is usually used in the boating sector and is specially designed for maritime use in extreme weather conditions.
The WITTEKIND covers have a dirt-repellent surface that is easy to clean. Simply use a damp cloth for this purpose.
Questions about the outdoor cushions and pillows from WITTEKIND

Let your creativity run wild and choose your favorite color(s) from 24 different upholstery colors. With your request, you tell us your desired color(s), which we will note as a selection in the offer. If an order is placed, you will receive small fabric samples of your desired colors together with your order confirmation, so that you can make a final decision about your fabric choice upon receipt.
We can embroider your upholstery on request. Multi-colored company logo? Family name? No problem! Simply make a note of your request in your order inquiry and send us a pdf file of the lettering/logo or, if available, an embroidery file, stating the desired embroidery size in centimetres.
Using the logo file and your desired size in centimeters, we calculate the costs and include price in the quote.
We equip our Lounge and patio furniture with cushions whose covers are made from Sunbrella fabrics. The Sunbrella outdoor fabrics used are made from 100 percent spun-dyed acrylic fibers and are especially suitable for outdoor use. This textile is permanently color and UV-resistant as well as water and grease repellent.
Nevertheless, we recommend keeping them dry in winter and during longer periods of rain, as the upholstery seams can never be sewn completely watertight. If the cushions get wet, it is best to leave them to dry upright in the sun.
The upholstery of our restaurant furniture is firmly screwed to the seating furniture and is covered with high-quality imitation leather. After a rain shower, the surfaces simply need to be wiped clean with a towel and the seating furniture is ready for use again. The foam on the inside is packed waterproof so that the seat cannot become soaked.
For Lounge and patio furniture, we work with removable cushions whose covers are made from high-quality Sunbrella fabrics. The covers are removable and washable, but should be kept dry when it rains, as moisture can penetrate through the seams.
We always equip the Restaurant furniture with a firmly screwed-on artificial leather upholstery that cannot be penetrated by moisture. After a rain shower, the surfaces simply need to be wiped clean and the seating furniture can be used again. The upholstery can and therefore does not have to be removed and replaced again and again. This has proven its worth in the hospitality industry.
If you have any special requests and would prefer a Lounge footstool with faux leather upholstery, please let us know. We will be happy to advise you. Anything goes, nothing is a must.
Of course, you can also have the faux leather covers of WITTEKIND Gastromöbel made in other colors. When placing your order, simply specify your desired color(s) using the 24 fabric samples under Upholstery. We will find the right shade of imitation leather for you and send you a small sample together with the order confirmation so that you can make a final decision after receiving the sample.

The upholstery is part of our furniture range, for which we can only offer a marketable price in combination with our high-quality wooden furniture, which can take into account the cost of production. As a matter of principle, we only sell upholstery in combination with our custom-made furniture and do not have custom-made furniture made to other dimensions.
Questions about the WITTEKIND covers
Yes, there is. We can produce a customized cover for every piece of furniture in our collection. Please contact us with your individual request so that we can make you an appropriate offer.
The tarpaulin material we use for the covers is particularly lightweight, yet robust, UV-resistant and lightfast. It is a waterproof material that still breathes: it allows air and moisture to pass through from the bottom to the top.
Our covers are made of high-quality tarpaulin material. We only sell them tailor-made and exclusively for the furniture we produce.
In the winter months, you should always bring the removable pads into the dry separately and not leave them under the hood to prevent moisture damage.
In the summer months, you can pull the cover over the furniture and upholstery during longer periods of wet weather. Please note, however, that in heavy rain, water can seep through the material at the seams. However, as the breathable material allows moisture to pass through from the bottom to the top, waterlogging is prevented.
It is best to place the cushions upright in the sun. Then they are quickly ready for use again!
Questions about purchasing and ordering
Of course, we will do our best to produce and deliver your furniture as quickly as possible. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, you pay the first 50 percent of the purchase price to us by bank transfer in advance, as we will only start production of your customized outdoor furniture from this point onwards.
Depending on the order situation and material availability, you will receive your WITTEKIND furniture after just a few weeks and can impress visitors and guests alike with stylish outdoor furnishings.
The required production time always depends on the current order situation and the desired order volume.
Of course, we will calculate the approximate delivery time for your furniture when you make your inquiry and list this in the quote so that you can plan with certainty. Certain factors are sometimes simply not foreseeable in advance. For example, it can happen that the delivery time is slightly longer. In this case, we will of course contact you and provide you with information.
In the same way, we sometimes manage to deliver the furniture earlier than stated in the offer.
After completion of the furniture and receipt of the remaining payment, the forwarding agent will collect the furniture from us and deliver it to you the following week. The forwarding agent will contact you after loading to agree an exact delivery date with you.
You pay the first 50 percent of the purchase price to us by bank transfer in advance, as this is the point at which we start production of your customized outdoor furniture.
Depending on the order situation and material availability, your WITTEKIND furniture can be produced in just a few weeks.
Upon completion of your furniture and upholstery, the second half of the purchase price and the shipping costs are due by bank transfer. At this point you will receive the invoice by e-mail with a request for the remaining payment. Once we have received the outstanding amount in our account, we will contact you to arrange an appointment for delivery or collection. There are no shipping costs for collection.
If the value of the goods is 6,000 euros or more, you pay nothing for shipping within Germany (except for island surcharges) - we cover the delivery costs for you.
No, the benches are not included in price and must be ordered separately. You can combine all the furniture in the WITTEKIND series as you wish or add other garden and patio furniture.
Only the 6-seater seating group in our Gastro series is offered as a set price including a Gastro table and two Gastro benches. The same applies to the 4-seater Gastro set with a square table and four small stools.
The WITTEKIND products are individually manufactured furniture according to customer requirements. For this reason, we only accept payment in advance. For this reason, payment by installments - in the true sense of the word - is not possible.

As soon as we have received your payment, we will immediately start producing your individual furniture.
Upon completion of your furniture and upholstery, the second half of the purchase price and the shipping costs are due by bank transfer. At this point, you will receive your invoice by e-mail with a request for final payment. Once we have received the outstanding amount in our account, we will contact you to arrange an appointment for delivery or collection. There are no shipping costs for collection.
Good news at the end - from a goods value of 6,000 euros, the shipping costs are waived for you on the German mainland!
We do not have any stock or display items, so we do not offer any special discount promotions, even in the winter months. Each piece of furniture is individually handmade to order.
Of course, an investment must be well considered. We assure you that we have not only calculated the prices fairly but also apply a very strict and narrow framework in terms of discounts in order to be fair to all our customers.
Questions about delivery and scope of delivery
Once we have received your deposit, we will immediately start with the individual production of your new WITTEKIND Lounge furniture so that you can set up your new piece of furniture in your garden, on your patio or balcony after just a few weeks.
Due to the "on demand production" and the respective order volume to be considered, the delivery time cannot be predicted as standard. We therefore calculate the delivery time very individually and note this in your quotation. The furniture will then be delivered within 1-2 weeks of completion.
You get a quality piece of furniture that is hand-built and delivered fully assembled according to your order.
Delivery is made by a forwarding agent "without unloading" and we ask you to have enough helpers ready to unload the truck with you and transport the furniture to the desired place of use, depending on the quantity and size of the furniture delivered.
Only the Lounge corner sofa and the Lounge Sofa U-shaped XXL are disassembled into two or three parts for transportation. With a little manual skill, both sofas are simply screwed together on site. The stainless steel screws are of course included and the screw connections are clearly marked.
There is no straightforward answer to this question. First and foremost, of course, it depends on which and how many pieces of furniture you order from us. Of course, we would like to present the shipping costs as transparently as possible.
To calculate these costs, we use the specific loading space meters required for the delivery of your WITTEKIND furniture. Within Germany, it does not matter how far the delivery route is. You therefore pay the same for transportation to Munich as for transportation to Bielefeld.
When transporting abroad, however, the distance is a factor in the price delivery: the goods produced by hand are loaded here in Löhne and then brought directly to you.
The offer always includes the shipping costs - so you are always on the safe side.
From a value of goods of 6,000 euros, you no longer need to worry about the delivery costs of your new Lounge, patio, restaurant and garden furniture. They will be delivered to your home free of charge (within Germany, plus island surcharges) (delivery by forwarding agent "without unloading").
Our robust outdoor furniture is always delivered unpacked. Due to our many years of positive experience, we do not use packaging waste in the interests of sustainability.
For deliveries within Germany, we work with a local forwarding agent. For deliveries to the German islands, we use an island shipping company. For any deliveries abroad to neighboring countries such as Austria and Switzerland, we only use reputable shipping companies with proven experience abroad.
This means you can always be sure that your dining table and all other furniture from WITTEKIND will arrive reliably and in perfect condition.
As we calculate the transportation costs individually, please contact us to find out the exact delivery costs in advance. We will be happy to provide you with all the relevant details about the delivery conditions to your desired address.

Our offer includes the net price of the furniture, the expenses for the Swiss import sales tax as well as the transport costs, which also include the complete handling and organization of the export and import.
If you would like to save the cost of delivery, you can also collect your new furniture directly from us at Löhne . Please enquire in advance about the required loading space meters so that there are no nasty surprises on the day of collection. If you order Lounge, patio, restaurant and garden furniture or accessories with a value of 6,000 euros from us, we will deliver to your home free of charge within Germany (plus island surcharge if applicable).
The wooden pillars made from our special WITTEKIND wood are a central element of our lanterns. For this reason, we only sell the lanterns including the wooden pillars.
The table is fully assembled on delivery. Only the stove is supplied separately and must be inserted into the recess on the table surface and connected by you.
The Lounge Sofa U-shape XXL is supplied in three parts. You must then connect these together at the two corners using the pre-drilled screw connections and the stainless steel screws provided. Two stainless steel brackets are also supplied, which are then screwed onto the two corners.
The corner sofa is supplied in two parts so that you only have to screw the two parts together in the corner on site. The stainless steel screws are of course included and the screw connections are marked. A stainless steel bracket is also supplied, which is then screwed onto the corner.
Questions about custom-made products and special conditions
Deviations from the standard dimensions are possible by arrangement, at extra cost and under certain conditions; these include the width and thickness of the wooden boards used and compliance with structural conditions.

Whether used indoors or outdoors, the type of WITTEKIND furniture remains the same. Of course, we are flexible when it comes to the construction of counters, tables, shelves, etc.
Important to consider: Due to the exclusive use of 3-centimeter-thick wooden planks with a width of just under 20 centimeters, certain structural factors are required.

As WITTEKIND furniture is individually handmade, we can change the dimensions of almost all pieces of furniture, albeit taking into account certain structural conditions: For example, we could shorten the longer leg of the corner sofa by one seat. As a seat is always 60 centimetres wide, the corner sofa would have two legs of the same length of 227 centimetres. Unfortunately, it is not possible to shorten the leg by just 10 centimetres.
WITTEKIND garden furniture is currently only sold directly via the Internet. We are happy to pass on our price advantage for regular orders or larger order volumes; please ask for an individual offer.
Due to our on-demand production and the sale of furniture via our website, we do not have a warehouse or showroom. Therefore, there are no classic display pieces.
