To ensure that everything runs smoothly, you pay the first 50 percent of the purchase price to us by bank transfer in advance, as we will only start production of your customized outdoor furniture from this point onwards.

Depending on the order situation and material availability, you will receive your WITTEKIND furniture after just a few weeks and can impress visitors and guests alike with stylish outdoor furnishings. The required production time always depends on the current order situation and the desired order volume.

Of course, we will calculate the approximate delivery time for your furniture when you make your inquiry and list this in the quote so that you can plan with certainty. Certain factors are sometimes simply not foreseeable in advance. For example, it can happen that the delivery time is slightly longer. In this case, we will of course contact you and provide you with information. In the same way, we sometimes manage to deliver the furniture earlier than stated in the offer.

After completion and your payment of the second installment, the shipping company will collect the furniture from us and deliver it to you the following week. The forwarding agent will contact you after loading to agree a specific delivery date with you.

All of our Lounge, patio and restaurant furniture is made from weathered spruce wood and also treated with wax oil and nano-sealing (front edges). They therefore do not need to be re-treated with oil. Teak oil would also give our spruce wood its characteristic teak look.

Please bear in mind that you will not achieve good results by pretreating our furniture with any teak oil treatment. Even without painting, varnishing, glazing or oiling, furniture from WITTEKIND is a robust outdoor accessory that is protected against wind and weather. Nevertheless, the surface of the wood changes over the years and continues to weather. This is what makes our furniture so charming! If you still want to return to the original look after a while, you can rework the furniture with Ciranova wax oil (you can find instructions on how to do this under the menu item Service, FAQ).

Higher temperature fluctuations can cause certain cracking noises in wood. This not only affects wooden furniture from WITTEKIND, but also wooden furniture from other manufacturers. These noises also occur in houses, roofs, stairs or garden sheds made of wood, for example.

This happens, for example, when wood is exposed to full sunlight at midday on a cool and damp morning and heats up quickly. As wood is a natural and living raw material, it contracts when it is cold and expands when it is warm or hot. This creates the typical sound that we have all probably heard at some point.

The design and the special look of the WITTEKIND outdoor furniture is characterized by the weathered spruce wood, the natural patina and the wax oil treatment, which clearly shows the naturalness and the connection to nature and the wood of WITTEKIND .

For this reason, we do not apply other colors or even varnishes to our solid wood furniture. If you would like to set color accents or highlights, you can do this perfectly with the large selection of colors of our upholstery. The 6-seater seating group also goes perfectly with the other WITTEKIND bar furniture, such as the 2-seater bar tables, 4-seater bar tables and bar stools.

The benches of the 6-seater set are designed so that they can be slid under the table . However, the 60 cm wide tabletop and the 40 cm wide benches mean that the benches protrude by around 10 cm on each long side of the table.
