Although we are convinced of the quality of our products, we will of course assist you if a piece of furniture is faulty. As experts in our own products, we are very familiar with their construction and the properties of the wood used. WITTEKIND stands for furniture that is particularly robust due to its nature. It is rare for our products to have defects. Should this nevertheless be the case, we naturally take responsibility for the material and workmanship.

Our approach is to rectify any production faults quickly and easily. If you discover a defect outside the warranty period, do not hesitate to contact our customer service. We are always ready to work with you to find an appropriate and satisfactory solution.

The maintenance of traditional wooden furniture often requires regular coats of varnish or glaze to protect it from the weather. But the furniture from WITTEKIND breaks with this norm. Thanks to the use of already weathered wood in our Lounge, garden and hospitality furniture collection, our products are inherently more resistant to environmental influences. In addition, treating the cut edges with a special water blocker effectively protects the wood. The characteristic patina of the wood is also emphasized and protected by the application of wax oil.

To slow down the natural ageing process of the wood, we offer matching covers that you can purchase together with your WITTEKIND fire table. Alternatively, you can also protect or store your furniture during the winter months.

The dimensions of the firing unit are 40 x 40 centimetres and are identical to the firing unit of the large fire table. The stainless steel housing of the stove has special holes which ensure that rainwater can simply run off. This design enables the stove to withstand even occasional rain showers. However, to prolong the life of the appliance, it is advisable to put the stainless steel cover on when not in use or during periods when the oven is not in use. (To do this, please remove the lava stones and firewood logs beforehand and store them in a separate box).
