Fire has been a magical attraction for us humans since time immemorial. The WITTEKIND fire pillar revives this magic with its beautiful radiance and ensures that guests and hosts are happy. The minimalist design allows the atmospheric effect of the fire to take center stage and is also an eye-catcher during the day when the fire column is not in use.
The all-round glass frame, which is securely held in place thanks to high-quality stainless steel connections, protects the flame from draughts. It can also be removed if required or for cleaning purposes.
The fire column is fitted with a door on one side so that the gas cylinder can be placed in the column safely. Above this door is a cut-out that can be used to control the burner control unit. This allows you to regulate the gas supply and create a larger or smaller flame pattern as required.
The replica firewood logs are made of heat-resistant ceramic and can be used in the fire column for years thanks to the high-quality workmanship.
A gas cylinder must be connected in order to put the fire column into operation. The usual 5 or 11 kilo cylinders can be easily accommodated in the base cabinet of the fire column. When connecting, please note that gas cylinders always have a left-hand thread and everything must be screwed on tightly.
Where to get gas cylinders, how to store them and other important information can be found in the Gas cylinders and correct handling guide.
Our fire column has a ring burner with an output of 6.5 kW. The gas consumption is 472 g/h. With average use of the fire pillar, you should be able to comfortably get through the summer with an 11 kilo bottle.

The stainless steel housing around the stove is perforated so that rainwater can run off at the bottom. The open oven can therefore withstand the odd rain shower. However, it is of course more gentle on the appliance if you use the stainless steel cover in between and during longer periods of non-use. To do this, please remove the lava stones and firewood logs so that you can place the stainless steel cover on top to protect the stove.
The wooden fire column is fully assembled on delivery. Only the stove and the corresponding glass frame are packed separately. All you have to do is insert the built-in burner into the recess in the fire column and connect it. The glass frame is packaged separately for its own protection and must be assembled in simple steps according to the instructions.
