Even today, most of the work, such as the design and production of the furniture, the manufacture of the upholstery and the distribution of the high-quality furniture collection, also takes place in Löhne and the surrounding area.

No, you don't need that. Our particularly weathered spruce wood does not need any oils to stay beautiful for years. We treat the front edges with a nano sealant at the factory and also use high-quality wax oil to protect the wood. All this makes our furniture robust outdoor accessories that can withstand wind and weather.

You do not need to use special oil or even varnish, lacquer or paint. It is therefore expressly not necessary to paint the weathered wood every year. However, if you would like to rework the surface of your furniture due to the natural ageing process, we recommend that you roughen the surface of the wood and apply Ciranova wax oil with a sponge (further information is available on request from our customer service team).

The outdoor furniture from WITTEKIND is also easy to clean. Anything that is not washed away by a heavy rain shower can be easily removed with a damp cloth. Please do not use harsh cleaning agents or a high-pressure cleaner.
